Moxxor believes that independent distributors should be compensated immediately for performance, which is the reason we incorporate retail profits and Direct Sales bonuses into the compensation plan. To further the "duplication" process of building sales teams, we established a Performance pool for the first 90 days for any new distributor.

When a Moxxor Distributor enrolls four new independent distributors in the first 90 days, they immediately participate in one percent of the Global Business Volume. Once they achieve that and mentor others to do the same, they will earn greater participation in that pool.
